  Nostalgic Heritage Charm with Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality

  Our stay at Al Seef Heritage Hotel was truly a relaxing journey back in time. The property is stunning—uniquely nostalgic and beautifully designed to capture the heritage of the area.What really set the experience apart, however, was the incredible team and their swift action on our requests. When we encountered an issue with the AC, Aysha, the Guest Relations Manager, took personal ownership of the situation, and Renan, their FM expert, resolved it quickly and professionally.The daily service was just as impressive. Agus from housekeeping was exceptionally fast with everything we needed, and Jit, our buggy driver, was always there to whisk us safely between the Al Seef Heritage Hotel and Canopy Hotel. Mornings were made even brighter by Jackie, whose warm and attentive assistance during breakfast truly started our days on a high note.It’s rare to find a place that balances such a unique historical atmosphere with such attentive, modern service.   Truly a Hidden Gem

  I stayed at 5 hotels on a Gulf business and leisure trip with this the leisure part and this hotel was better than hotels that were twice the price. Perfect respectful and attentive service. The heritage area itself is well done. The vendors have a lot of bad vibes but it's never unsafe. Breakfast nearly unbeatable.   Rustic Creek-View Stay

  We recently stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton and had a really pleasant experience. We stayed in a King room with a creek view and no balcony, and what stood out most was the beautiful rustic design. The old wooden accents gave the room so much character—the wooden shutters and even the bathroom door, which matched the shutter style, really added to the traditional feel. The concrete flooring also reflected the charm of old Arabian homes, making the stay feel unique and authentic.Breakfast and dinner were served at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef, and we were taken there by buggy, which was actually a fun little experience.The hotel itself is set within Souq Al Seef, so the location is lovely with plenty to explore right on your doorstep.   A Unique Heritage Escape in the Heart of Old Dubai

  A Charming Stay at Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by HiltonStaying here truly felt like stepping back in time. The hotel has a unique old Arabian vibe, like being in the 80s, while still offering modern comfort. The room was beautiful and well designed, especially with the balcony, which made the experience even more relaxing. I really appreciated all the small details in the room. The only minor issue was the fridge, which I hope housekeeping can improve to maintain consistency.The location is one of the best parts of this hotel. It’s right by Dubai Creek and surrounded by the shops and charm of Old Dubai. It’s very convenient to explore the area, with an easy boat ride to the Gold Souk and quick access to the metro. There are also plenty of cafes and shops nearby, making it enjoyable to walk around anytime.The staff were excellent from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Abdallah for making our stay smooth and comfortable.One downside was the birthday setup request. We were informed at reception that it would be arranged, but unfortunately, nothing was prepared even the next day. It was a special occasion for us, so that was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, this can be improved on future visits.Breakfast and facilities like the pool and gym are located at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef. Although you need to take a short ride, the service was quick and organized. Breakfast was good, and thanks to Jackie for the great service. We also had dinner at Skafos, which was a highlight of our stay. The food and service were excellent, special thanks to Raji for making it a great experience.Overall, I would rate this stay 4 stars. It’s a unique and memorable hotel that offers a different side of Dubai.
