Location

The hotel has a lift and features 223 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included.     Staffs are amazing and good service from the staffs. I have been a regular guest in this hotel and I love the staffs, service and the new restaurant it’s amazing. Prashan , Elvis. Sourav.     In this hotel you feel like a burden when you act like a guest. Never met unfriendly receptionists like this.

    Im only writing this review because I’m utterly shocked by one lady working at the reception, allegedly called IMAN. I had an emergency in my room and I called her 2 times ONLY at the reception where she UNFRIENDLY picked my call. THE THIRD TIME SHE PICKED UP QUICKY AND IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP. SHE DIDNT ANSWER ANY OF MY OTHER CALLS ANYMORE. And since I’m NOT stupid I went to the hallway emergency phone which has no room number designated to it and GUESS WHAT? She immediately picked up. So since it wasn’t ME who called her she had no issue picking up. What way to deal with a guest ? What way to deal with an emergency?! I should had known her BAD manners when I respectfully smiled at her and greeted her before many times and she stared at me with the most unfriendly attitude. WRONG job for her. No way this is acceptable.     The best place to stay. From the check in I feel like not lesser than I am in my home. Shout out to the welcoming staff at the FO (Mr. Syed) once we enter the hotel.
