    We had a wonderful weekend recharge with my wife and sisters. The check-in process was a bit rough at first, but Ms. Olessya really stepped in and made everything right, ensuring we got exactly what we booked. We truly appreciated her effort.Our brunch at Luchado was fantastic—big thanks to Ms. Aindria, Luis, and Chef Regine for making our afternoon so enjoyable. The food was excellent, especially the tacos and Peruvian rice—absolutely superb!The next day’s breakfast at East & Seaboard was just as memorable. My favorite bacon and fried rice were specially prepared for us, thanks to Head Chef Bragash and Supervisor Melvin. Such thoughtful service made the experience even more special.Overall, we are totally satisfied and already planning to come back in a few weeks.     I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Palm and spent two amazing nights there with my family. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.I would especially like to thank Othman, who was an excellent manager—kind, attentive, and truly caring. He made our experience very special. He even surprised us with a delicious cake, knowing that our family gathering was a rare and important moment for us. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot, and we really appreciated it.The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for everyone, and the dinner buffet was also very good and satisfying. There is truly something for every taste.The sea view is absolutely beautiful and adds so much to the overall experience. A special thank you as well to the lady manager who gave us a stunning room with a view of the sea and the Burj Al Arab—this made our stay even more memorable.Finally, I would like to thank the entire staff for their professionalism and kindness throughout our stay.We will definitely come back!     This is a budget Palm and beach choice that mostly hits the mark but has weaknesses. Good service. The beach is decent for the price if a little walk from the hotel. The food prices are way too high for the quality. That's Dubai but there is better value out there. You are really stuck as well. There is a cafe in another hotel next door to the north that has a nicer breakfast if you don't have it included. If you use google maps you will realize this but the edge of the palm location makes this far from almost anything.
