    Lovely rooms, the evening buffet was fabulous and the breakfast was also very good. Lots of choice and very nice. The outside pool was very nice, plenty of sun beds and a beach bar/restaurant.     ATTENTION TO DETAILS NEEDED! Not worth the hassle despite the deal.

    My experience from booking to arrival was disappointing. The reservation was made through the Tajj app, which advertised a 24-hour stay and a complimentary birthday breakfast for April celebrants. However, communication via WhatsApp was unprofessional and inconsistent.Upon check-in, the receptionist initially confirmed the birthday offer, but later changed the information with unclear explanations, resulting in a higher charge than expected. This lack of consistency was frustrating.There also seemed to be poor coordination between staff. I confirmed a king bed at check-in, but shortly after settling in, housekeeping arrived to convert the room into twin beds, which was inconvenient and disruptive.Additionally, I was surprised to be informed that borrowing wine glasses from room service would incur a charge of AED 25 per glass something I have never encountered, especially in a five-star hotel.While the hotel itself is clean and has good facilities, the service experience needs significant improvement.
