This hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Media City and overlooks Palm Island, just 5 km away from Mall of the Emirates.     Nice hotel overall, but room needs major maintenance and private pool requires regular cleaning.

    The hotel is pretty nice, it is a great place to stay with some solid perks However, the room I stayed in requires major maintenance, and the private swimming pool would benefit from more regular cleaning.     I had an excellent stay at Arjaan by Rotana, Dubai, and everything exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with outstanding cleanliness throughout the hotel. The facilities were modern and well-kept, making the stay both relaxing and convenient.The breakfast and food in general were absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high-quality options. A special highlight was the exceptional service during breakfast — Kaaza, the Restaurant Manager, truly sets a high standard with his professionalism and warm hospitality. Saif the Restaurant Supervisor and Htarni, were equally attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt well taken care of.I would also like to give a special mention to Shameer for his outstanding service.
