All was very good. Supermarkets and laundry nearby. Marina is close, around 30 mins walking as you have to cross the overpass. Metro. I would recommend coming in winter time.

Beware of your belongings in this hotel - I left a shirt hanging up in the wardrobe when I left and I informed the hotel a few hours later when I realised. Eventually a week later when I chased them again, the hotel said they couldn't find it. Totally unacceptable and I won't be staying here again.

Worst hotel experience (Armada Avenue Hoel JLT) Bed Bugs!!!!

Unfortunately the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.When I checked in, the room was clearly not cleaned: stained bedsheets, dirty carpet and curtains that hadn’t been washed in ages, no bath towels, no slippers, no toothbrush/toothpaste. The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere.They charged a $200 deposit upon arrival.Breakfast was terrible — very limited menu, no toaster, coffee served from an old thermos, basically no real options.On the last night, I got multiple bug bites in bed (most likely bed bugs). I’ve attached photos of the bite marks. I reported it several times but nothing was done.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely the dirtiest and most disappointing place I’ve stayed at.

They say they are 4 stars but reality is not 4 stars. The hotel is for people who don't have high expectations.The staff was friendly but the room was not so good.The bathroom needs renewal.In the beginning there was only one towel to use. Second day they took our toiletpaper away, but added one towel more and the housekeeping didnt answer to us when we called. We were 5th floor. The location is good,

A Nightmare Stay at Armada Avenue Hotel JLT – Avoid at All Costs

Our stay at Armada Avenue Hotel JLT was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. While the hotel may have a nice exterior and appears affordable, do not be fooled—the reality inside is completely different and deeply frustrating.From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, and the level of customer service was nonexistent. Room service was equally poor—staff lacked basic courtesy, and trying to reach them was a nightmare, with the line constantly busy or ignored.The condition of the room and overall cleanliness were unacceptable. The hotel photos and descriptions online were completely misleading, and I felt deceived by false advertising. The reality was so far from our expectations that it honestly ruined what was supposed to be a joyful Eid holiday.If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I strongly urge the management to seriously reconsider the way they operate—starting with staff training, honesty in advertising, and a complete overhaul of the hotel’s facilities.Please, if you’re planning a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Dubai, look elsewhere. This place is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.v
