  Great value for money with easy metro access

  Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to the room maids. Rooms were spacious and spotless. A little tired around the edges but for the price no complaints. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. We didn't find it busy at all. We only had a small salad snack from the cafe area, but also excellent and very freshly made.Pool area very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Pool a little chilly but ok once you're in. Hotel position is very good for exploring Dubai as easy access to metro, a little walk but ok. Plenty of Dubai taxis outside hotel too. A great value hotel, we would definitely stay again.   Stayed for one week half board in a standard triple room. Hotel is in a good location about 5mins walk from the Red Line metro stop at Dubai Internet City which will get you to the centre of Dubai in about 20mins. There are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel too. The hotel is right next to a motorway which is undergoing construction. From our room on the 8th floor even with the window open the noise was minimal. However, sitting around the pool which is right by the road there was some noise but not the hotels fault. We stayed in the Adam tower on the other side is the Eve tower I believe they are identical but Adam tower has the facilities like reception and restaurants etc. both have 22 floors. Our room was spacious for three of us, there was a good amount of storage, a seating area with table and desk area. The room also had a safe, a mini fridge, bottles of water were replenished daily, we had about four bottles of water put in the room everyday, even though there was only three of us. Tea and coffee making facilities were available too. The bathroom was quite a good size, shower was really good. Bathroom is slightly dated but was ok. Toiletries were provided, plenty of them too and they were replenished daily also. There was a TV with a few international channels, the WIFI is free and was good. There are four lifts and during the morning they are extremely busy, there are 22 floors in the hotel so it’s understandable but sometimes you’d have to wait for a second lift as the first one that came was full. There are stairs but not ideal if you’re higher up. Breakfast has quite a good choice, more cold options than hot but still good. It was extremely busy and although some tables weren’t cleared for quite sometime you will find a table even if it wasn’t made up with knives and forks, you could get these from the buffet area. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on HC floor and also in the restaurant on G floor, the restaurant on G wasn’t as busy as HC. Dinner was served on HC floor, again could get quite busy but you’d always find somewhere to sit. It had an ok choice of food and options didn’t really change each night. Also the only drinks available were pineapple juice or apple juice or water. The pool area is nice with lots of sun loungers however, as it’s in between the two 22 story buildings it doesn’t really get any sun on it meaning it is extremely cold and sitting around it in the Winter is not that warm. If you go down early morning the sun is out on one side and it is nice to sit there and the pool is slightly warmer then. Also later in the morning the sun moves round to near the bar area. However, in the warmer months I’m sure it’s nice. On the ground floor there is a small shop, hairdressers, cafe and reception.   Disappointing experience, poor cleanliness and service

  We stayed for 5 days and although housekeeping came to the room every day, the only thing they did was make the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, even though I asked them twice specifically to do so. Not even the trash bin was emptied daily. Proper cleaning was done only one day before our departure.The room had old furniture, poor aesthetics, and the TV was not smart, which nowadays should be considered basic for a hotel of this category.I also ordered room service. I was told it would take 25 to 30 minutes. After one hour I called again and was informed it would take another 30 minutes, for just one pizza and one club sandwich. I naturally canceled the order.The only thing they seem to be very good at is saying “we apologize”, without any real improvement or effective solution to the issues.Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations in any way, and I would not choose this hotel again.I remain at your disposal should you require any further information.   Atana Hotel, Al Barsha, Dubai – A Solid 4-Star Stay with a Few Drawbacks

  My family and I recently spent a week at the Atana Hotel in Al Barsha, and overall it was a pleasant, comfortable experience that offered excellent value for money in Dubai. As a 4-star property, it delivers on the essentials and even exceeds expectations in several areas, making it a strong choice for travellers who prioritize convenience and practicality over luxury.The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. Situated in Al Barsha, it’s just a short walk from the Mall of the Emirates and very close to the metro station, which made getting around Dubai straightforward and affordable. What really elevated the experience was the complimentary shuttle service. The hotel operates regular shuttles to major attractions, including the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Jumeirah Beach, and Dubai International Airport. The schedule was reliable, the buses were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were courteous. This service saved us a significant amount on taxis and made sightseeing stress-free.The gym was another highlight. It’s spacious, well-equipped with modern cardio machines, free weights, and strength equipment, and open 24 hours a day. For anyone who likes to maintain their workout routine while travelling, it’s genuinely impressive for a hotel in this category. The sauna and steam room were welcome bonuses after a long day of exploring.I must give special mention to Mr Sajad, who was responsible for housekeeping on our floor. He was exceptionally polite, attentive, and proactive. Every day, our room was spotless, towels were neatly arranged, and amenities were replenished without us needing to ask. On a couple of occasions, we requested extra items, and he delivered them promptly with a smile. His friendly and professional attitude truly enhanced our stay – thank you, Mr Sajad, for your outstanding service.The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and well furnished, with good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and decent Wi-Fi. Breakfast offered a wide variety with plenty of options, including Arabic and international dishes.That said, the hotel isn’t without flaws. The pool, while clean and adequately sized, receives very little direct sunlight due to the tall buildings on either side. For most of the day, it remains in the shade, which was disappointing for those hoping to relax and sunbathe. Additionally, the constant hum of traffic from the nearby highway is noticeable, especially in rooms facing that direction and around the pool area. It never became overwhelming, but it did detract from the sense of tranquillity one expects poolside.In summary, Atana Hotel offers an excellent location, thoughtful shuttle services, a great gym, and genuinely caring staff – Mr Sajad being a perfect example. The minor drawbacks around the pool and highway noise don’t overshadow the positives, and I’d happily recommend it to families, business travellers, or anyone seeking a practical, well-priced base in Dubai.   Dry Broken Hotel

  Everything is broken with this hotel. Let’s start with the rooms they are old and in bad condition ours had broken floor and bath tiles, the bath was broken and misshaped the fridge/minibar was plugged in but didn’t work, the rugs on the floor were dirty, the plug sockets just sparking you plugged anything in, the (dirty) window didn’t close properly, the “pool” is unheated and NEXT TO A FREEWAY, the restaurant food is 2* the cups and saucers are all chipped - you can’t get a proper coffee. I could go on but you get it. Plus it’s a dry hotel and they don’t tell you this. BUT THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE. Such a shame - please take my advise and stay in a real hotel.
