  Amazing staff, superb service. Everything top notch. From check in to check out everything step and service was smooth. Food was amazing, room service, pool everything was so well. Would love to visit again

  Amazing experience, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely and spacious. The pool and waterpark were highlights. Our son loved the aquarium- there was a lot to do. Only downside was the kids club opening hours but we had so much planned that we didn't utulize this anyway.

  Great hotel - could reward repeat guests

  As repeat guests we have stayed at Atlantis the Palm many times. We have always had an amazing time here and love the hotel, the aquarium and the fabulous food, plus the staff are friendly and polite. It is really expensive and you do need to pay extra if you choose to upgrade your room and/or your board options. The only gripe we have is, having stayed here multiple times, it would be great to have some kind of reward system (for regular guests). We have commented on this a few times and each time we are met with positive comments that this will be looked into but so far, nothing has changed. Whilst I realise that this might not be their priority, a nicer room or better view would be a bonus.

  Great hotel. Everything you need and more.Staff are friendly and helpful.Excellent kids club.Rooms clean and comfortable and house keeping stuff brilliant.Pools clean and safe. The lifeguards are the best we’ve ever seen and take their job seriously.Amazing views of the palm and the sea.   Perfect for 1 week with all points of interest, beautiful ans kind people, cheap taxi, long distances to see all popints, hotel excellent and very clean. beautifull breakfast. beautiful beach beautiful landscape. Helicopter landing plat is too near to the hotel.
