Visited here with my friend for 3 nights.The hotel is average,we stayed in 401 if not forgotten,clean lovely twin beds,helping staff especially Michael the bell boy who went above and beyond with our luggage.Sorry I couldn't rate it up because of the Air conditioner was totally out of order other than that,I highly recommend and I would return!

Right in the heart of Deira so a bit noisy with lots of traffic but cheap, clean and helpful. So ideal if ur on a budget

Having been caught up in the Dubai floods and our flights cancelled we arrived at about 2am to find no rooms but they went out of their way to help us and found us a room as we were shattered having spent the whole day queuing in the airport for flights that never happened! They were so kind at the front desk and I shall be forever grateful!

The worst ever experience I have ever had was to book Panorama Deira Hotel in Dubai. They don't even clean the room; service is pathetic; staff is totally unfriendly; rooms are either too cold or no air conditioning at all. The hotel is way noisy and dirty. I read some people saying it was budget friendly, which I don't agree with. Overall, strongly recommending NOT to stay in this hotel even if you have to sleep on the street!

Stayed in room no: 208 from 12-7-23 to 17-7-23 under booking name Saira Khurshid.Dump of a hotel, AC did not wotk.Have to call to turn it on. Card key not working. Inner lock broken. Cockroach in empty fridge. Receptionist BUNMI on morning of 17th July 23 was rude and illiterate. Did not even apolagise for her stuped mistake of loseing key of the broken room lock. Loud disco sounds all night. Pimps and prostitutes on each floor. Had to leave hotel and shift to another one for 4 days.Small smelly dirty rooms and bathroom. Cleaned room after calling 3-4 times. Families please avoid.

Very loud music and sound proofing is not goodMusic goes on till late night and early morning, one just cannot sleep peacefullyHotel has a peculiar smell , avoid taking rooms on the first floor as sound too too too loudLocation is very convenient as close to Union station
