    It was an amazing stay with my family, especially as my daughter will be leaving soon, so it meant a lot to spend some quality time together. Choosing to stay here turned out to be a wonderful decision, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Special thanks to Ms. Rose, who assisted us throughout and was incredibly helpful in making our stay so memorable.

    We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment, especially as we were celebrating our anniversary and my partner’s birthday—making this trip extra special for us.From the very beginning, Rose made our check-in smooth and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, even though it was our first time staying here. Quennie was incredibly kind to extend our check-out time, which we really appreciated—it made our departure so much more relaxed. Donya handled our check-out efficiently and with a warm attitude, ending our stay on a perfect note.A special mention as well to the staff at breakfast restaurant who was polite, attentive, and proactive, making our morning a pleasant experience.Overall, the service was excellent throughout, and we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

    Starting from check in to check out, the service the staff provided are excellent and swift. The towels, conditioner, body wash and shampoo had lovely and pleasing aroma. The sauna was clean and use of locker was technologically advanced and easy to use. The food in The Pantry were all satisfying, while the cooks and waitresses were all accommodating. The staff for valet were also professional and respectful. All items in the hotel room have good quality. Thank you to the receptionists, (especially Queennie), valet staff, kitchen staff for the welcoming service. Will likely book at Avani again in the future.

    Beautiful hotel with great staff. Having stayed here multiple times I have decided to make it my long term accommodation while working in Dubai. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and Masud and Saubhagya make sure the apartment is spotless every day. Thank you.
