This is a deluxe hotel located in Al Rigga Street in the district of Deira, only 100 m away from Al Rigga metro station. It is within walking distance of the city’s business areas and famous shopping areas. It lies just 10 minutes away from Dubai International Airport by metro.

Facility

133 rooms, including 14 junior suites and 7 suites, are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set, a trouser press and a tumble dryer. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.     I had an amazing experience staying at Avenue Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient with Ahmed also Cathy and Ella. Everyone was very accommodating. I remember Sujeet and Razak too they are friendly and professional.Housekeeping did a great job every day.The location is also very convenient, close to key areas and easily accessible. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend Avenue Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I look forward to coming back again!     The bar has a nice atmosphere with good music, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The overall vibe is pleasant and comfortable.They offer a 50% discount on food for hoteliers, but honestly, most people don’t visit a bar mainly to eat. There is no discount on drinks, which is disappointing. As a hotelier, I wanted to try the place, but the beer prices are more expensive than many 5-star hotels. Considering the bar is located in Rigga, where there are many competitors, the management’s pricing and discount strategy seems misplaced.Special mention to Royce, the server, who was active, attentive, and genuinely engaged with guests. His service made the experience better.It’s sad to see such a good bar empty. The place has good staff, a good atmosphere, and good music, yet there was only one guest. Management should review what other hotels in the area are offering and rethink their strategy to attract more guests. Even a smaller discount for hoteliers could make a difference.
