The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Lovely staff, really made the stay. Nice room - 234 was an upgrade room and worth it. I accidentally left my handbag on the street outside one evening and luckily the security guard found it and I got it back - I was very relieved!

    I have visited Dubai many times, using big brand hotels full of noisy, out-of-control children. I spotted the 'Beach Walk' on my last visit and booked a week in this small Boutique hotel .Excellent friendly staff, with Pann on reception, could not be more helpful in a natural way with her team, excellent support from Semeh (restaurant Manager & Director), giving great advice on facilities locally. This hotel is straight across from the Jumeirah Beach, close to many restaurants and a superb 11km rubber walking track.Will return for sure, but book direct, not with agencies!Great breakfast, again the best, most friendly staff, too many to name.

    The staff at the Beach Walk Hotel make the place very special; all incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient, trying their utmost to take care of every request.The hotel itself is very well located and very good value for Dubai. I would definitely stay again if returning to Dubai.

    Ideally situated just steps from the beach and adjacent to a well-maintained sports track, Beach Walk Hotel Jumeirah provides a balanced setting for both relaxation and physical activity. The convenient access to the coastline and running path allowed for a seamless integration of morning exercise and leisure into our daily routine.From arrival, the reception staff demonstrated a high standard of service. In particular, Ms. Pann stood out for her professionalism, attentiveness, and courteous demeanor. Her approach, along with that of the broader team, contributed to a calm and welcoming environment that balanced comfort with understated luxury.The food and beverage offerings were consistently of a high quality, further enhancing the overall experience.
