Location

Ideal for families, this hotel lies in the heart of Dubai, approximately 15 km from the beach. There are a number of shops nearby. Dubai (DXB) Airport is approximately 7 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 202 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday.     Good location next to creek. Room was very good. Staff were very kind. Prices seemed ok for the season. I came in during the expo week, so can understand. Atmosphere was good as well with concierge service.

    The hotel was disgusting and extremely dirty. The room had a very unpleasant smell. The curtains were very dirty, and the window glass, mirror, and TV were all smeared and filthy. The small mirror in the bathroom had shaving hairs on it. I was given dirty towels. The shower and sink were not cleaned even once during my stay. In addition, the shower handle was leaking and the water pressure was very weak. The floor was dirty, especially in the corners, and it was never vacuumed or cleaned.I did not feel safe — I could not lock my room, and someone was banging on my door in the middle of the night.I absolutely do not recommend this place! AVOID THIS HOTEL.

    Best location, 👌 breakfast superb, a variety of dishes. Room was always cleaned early morning. Wonderful front view. Staff was very attentive. Easy access to anywhere.

    I have been using the hotel since 2023. This year one can tell that the hotel is really neglected. We had to change our first room as the door handles were broken and the rooms lights were not functioning nor was the AC. We moved to another room to which the carpets, headboards, tables were very dirty. I had to asked for it to be vacuumed. The AC switch pad kept falling out.It’s sad to see the complete sheer decline and neglect of the hotel rooms. I guess it is now a 100% budget hotel, not a hotel that deserves a creek view, which was hard to see as the windows were filthy. There was literal dust and dirt and hair in ten carpets. Their curtains were broken. My dad has stayed there 8 times and he said he will not return.
