    I would like say good hotel Loction is great near burjmaan metro perfect room clean i stay 1 Night in Hotel my plan was extended stay but i would like to mention something about Reception Staf Mis SOMO she really unrespectful she desont know anything how to Greetings there guest maybe she came from HK dept I ask her to cal your FO Manager and she said she is everything in this hotel.Hotel management should take action she should learning more about hospitality very rudely talk with guest

    I wanted to say that that during the time entering in to the hotel we were met with a very warm welcome and our stay was exceptionally pleasant and comfortable made by the god smiling staff The two main people who made sure and was constantly active in our well being was Ms Madhu and Mr James the manager who were always asking is everything ok The last week before our departure a new supervisor was appointed and it was always so funny as he was always in the hotel roaming and the first chance he got he would greet you humbly with a smile and ask if we are looking after you or is there anything you require I thought it was sweet as he was trying his best Overall the rest of the team were very vigilant and always on top of things We can say yes it is a place that makes you feel like home and the staff are very pleasant And like I mentioned Ms Madhu and of course The manager Mr James made you feel like family with the caring and attention and always smiling Regards Maqbool

    They should rename the place to "Worst Living". If you are looking for a place that is unclean, unsafe, unprofessional and would really like to have a bad experience while you are in Bur Dubai area, this is the perfect place to stay at.We had to book a room here because of some medical emergency and my mother needed a room which was accessible. They gave us room 108 since it had a wheelchair friendly bathroom. However, when we stayed there it was one of the worst experiences we had. The bathroom wouldn't drain after a shower and would become really dangerous for anyone to step in or out. My mother almost had a fall because of this.Since our concerns were not addressed, we decided to check out early(we had paid for 4 days but decided to check out on day 2). At this point, they just bluntly refused to refund the payment for the rest of the 2 days that we did not stay. I tried to talk to the receptionist multiple times but she wouldn't connect me to the manager. She kept saying that we cannot refund and this wasn't a small amount that they were charging. I lost 760 AED for no reason without even staying for those 2 days.Please at all cost avoid staying here. I wouldn't really recommend this place even if it is the only available option in the area. They are highly unprofessional and really go above and beyond to make it a horrible experience for you!! I would give it negative stars if that was an option. 👎

    Very very bad hotel the staff spcail reception very very very bad I will never recommend this appartement for any one seriously first time in my life I see reception like this very very poor and never help the guest i request amintes many time and reception didn't care. Never ever recommend this

    It is near to metro station... Have a lot of markets and restaurants around the hotel... But the furniture is old... The water bottle just for the first night... the bed in not so comfortable... Bathroom is okay... Still is good for some people...
