Location

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 607 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Rooms

The resort offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 7 non-smoking restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had an aircon issue on the first night, but it was handled well with compensation, a room upgrade, and an à la carte dinner. Food was great with many options. The pool, kids’ play area, and gym were excellent my daughter loved it. Special thanks to Mr. Emad and Jomon for their professionalism and great service.

    Disappointing Experience Despite Good Room Cleanliness

    I stayed at Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai with my wife, children, and nannies. While the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was acceptable at first, I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience that overshadowed our stay.I found a fingernail on the floor in the room, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I immediately reported it. The staff initially tried to send someone to clean it, but I refused and requested to speak with a manager. Later, the housekeeping supervisor came and offered to clean again, but I insisted on seeing a manager.Eventually, a manager named Brit (if I recall correctly) came, apologized, and assured me that he would take care of the situation and offer compensation that would satisfy me. However, there was no follow-up at all, and no compensation was ever provided, which was very disappointing.At check-out, the experience continued to be frustrating. Despite having children with me, my car was parked far from the entrance, and I had to wait over 30 minutes for the luggage to be brought to me. This delay was unacceptable and poorly managed.Additionally, the hotel was extremely crowded, especially during breakfast time. There was no proper organization or crowd control, making the experience stressful rather than enjoyable.Overall, while the hotel has potential and the rooms were initially clean, the lack of proper service recovery, poor organization, and overcrowding made this stay disappointing. I expected much better from a resort of this level.
