The hotel is conveniently located close to the business districts of Media City and Internet City and it is also in close proximity to the commercial areas of Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Financial Centre. The bus and train stations are nearby and Dubai International Airport is approximately 17 km away.

Facility

245 rooms, including 30 suites, 12 studios and 201 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    Good first impression with a modern, clean lobby. Friendly welcome and checkin from Rizki. Perhaps a fact sheet and / or a welcome drink would go a long way for 1st time users of this hotel. Either way, good first impression from Rizki.My room was disappointing. Although it was modern, it was very small. Nowhere to put a large suitcase. No usb charging points. Tiny table. The worst aspect was darkness. Even with the tiny window exposed and every single light on, it felt dark and dingy. Unfortunately the building is a check build, so noise from other rooms and the hallway are quite audible.Didn't use the facilities, but the gym looked good. Check out was good from Rizki.     I visited in January 2026. I was stayed for 8 days. 11th to 18th. The hotel is very clean & good service. Front Desk = When i arrived the hotel i was welcomed by Mr Albert and Asura. The room = The room was very neat and cleaneverday morning when i go for the breakfast, the kitchen staffs & the service staffs are very kind and polite.Janwi = the girl who makes omlet she is doing her job as a art. Whenever she makes omlet, i love to eat it.Rina = The girl who always check the tourist names & there room numbers when they come for breakfast.Chanaka = He is always beware of the foods. He won't let the food basine become empty.Khant = She is my favorite. She is top of all the others. You know why?she always kind & hard working. She always walk walk walk between the tables & clean it very fast to keep the dining area clean. The special thing is, she always carry her smile.     The hotel is great . The staff is great with staff very customer oriented warm and welcoming . They make your experience as seamless as possible and are ready to serve you anytime for any additional services. The Starbucks in the hotel save you some time for a morning coffee grab . To anyone willing to stop by dubai a few days this is an ideal location . Close to many key businesses like pharmacies and groceries you can be there for weeks without any issue . One issue will be that location pins for taxis/careem, it tends to set the dropoff to the rear parking but this can easily be fixed if you talk to the driver or set the pin manually. Overall 10/10 .
