The hotel has 77 single rooms and 301 double rooms, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     My stay at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Almost every aspect of the experience deserves top marks, from the warm and efficient check-in process to the consistently high level of service throughout my stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile.The room was spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, with attention to detail that made the stay feel luxurious. Housekeeping seem to be maintaining excellent standards daily. Facilities were equally impressive, offering everything needed for both relaxation and productivity.Dining options were of a high standard, with quality food and good variety. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, welcoming, and well-managed.If I had to be extremely critical, there were only very minor points that prevented a perfect score, but nothing that materially affected the experience. I would confidently recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.
