    I had a very pleasant one-night stay last Sunday, and overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view, which added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The front office team was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.Housekeeping and room service were efficient, attentive, and prompt in delivering services. The pool and gym facilities were maintained to a high standard, and the lifeguard at the pool was proactive and ensured a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.My son particularly enjoyed the kids’ area, which was well-organized and engaging. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of options, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout. I also appreciated the quick response when I requested an additional cappuccino, which was served without delay.I would like to extend my appreciation to the front office team for accommodating a late check-out, which added great convenience to our stay.Overall, it was a memorable experience for my family.     Amazing hotel, amazing location, amazing service and amazing people.I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the past year now and I get impressed every time, starting with the location directly on Dubai Marina, next to Dubai Maria mall, 10m walk to JBR, the walk and the beach, and easy access to Shaikh Zayed Road highway. The rooms are very convenient in terms of design, view, comfort. Very clean, quiet, and excellent service. I even tried to buy pillows and sheets.The restaurant are just right, good selection, practical, easy, amazing buffets. Finally the people, everyone is extremely friendly, very helpful, they go above and beyond their work and never disappointed me from the vallet parking team to the reception team and all the way to hotel manager.     The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is a great hotel in a perfect location in Dubai Marina. The DMCC metro station is only a few minutes’ walk away.The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I have never met such kind people before.     The hotel bar has become one of my favourites for an after work or weekend drink. The staff are always very welcoming and that’s the reason I keep returning. They are all very courteous and offer exceptional service. The Malbec is extremely good too. Thank you for the Valentine’s rose, it was such a lovely touch.
