    Horrific and dangerous hotel!

    This is a very dangerous hotel! We stayed for only 3 hours, we wanted to nap but woke up coughing and with high fever! Me, my wife & even my 4y.o. daughter!!We contacted the organization and also the hotel but they’ve been trying to avoid us ever since. I can’t even upload the pictures in the app nor the website. They are blocking this. AGODA claimed to help us within the first 48 hours. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS, and all they can come up with is that AGODA can’t reach the hotel???We ordered the SUPERIOR QUEENS ROOM: with a big bed but we got two small seperate beds.The room was covered in mold and moist, the painting was falling apart, you could see they painted partly over the walls, sigaret Burns in the sheets, sockets hanging outside the wall with the wires bare, there was mold in the air conditioning,… we have pictures of everything but everyone is looking the other way! We travelled for a long time and that’s why we wanted to nap. But not even 3 hours later we woke up SICK. This is the 8th day and we’re still coughing! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Even the elevator doors wouldn’t close properly! We won’t leave it at this. We paid for Seven days and only stayed 3 hours! But it COSTED us so much more!

    Very noisy, all night music, all staff just say sorry only, they have no cleaning and there is a bad smell in the hotel. You can sleep hereroad side or park...     Stay away from Dorus hotel! They posted on internet as a 4 star hotel but they do not deserve even 2 stars! So bad! ;(

    Dirty with a lot of cockroaches in bathroom and even I my bed! Terrible ……. Terrible….. terrible….. do not recommend to anyone! On Booking it shows as a 4 star hotel! … but in real time it not even 2 star hotel!     One of Worst hotels in Dubai fir the 4* category

    One of the worst hotels I stayed in Dubai if the not the absolute worst. Terrible staff.Hard to even stop to load your luggage as no place to stop car out side even for 5 minute. So only good for someone walk in with no bags only.Rooms are extremely old.Towels were not given initially and had to ask for Them. They brought only 1 towel no face towels or hand etc.Internet is completely a joke and disconnects continuously.No hairdryer...I am super shocked that this hotel given 4 stars... How, why?I stayed in 2 stars hotels that had better accommodations.
