  I’ve been a regular guest at this hotel since 2018, and I continue to be impressed by the consistency of its standards. The management and team deserve recognition for not only maintaining but continuously enhancing the level of service despite ongoing challenges.The location remains a key advantage—well-positioned and surrounded by everything one might need.   An Unforgettable Stay at DoubleTree Hilton Business Bay – Even in a Difficult Context

  We stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton Business Bay in Dubai during an unfortunate moment when we ended up being stranded due to the conflict in Iran. We truly didn’t have much luck with the timing… but we were incredibly lucky to be staying in this hotel.I want to highlight the kindness, care, and exceptional professionalism of the entire team. Thanks to them, we felt supported, reassured, and absolutely safe despite the stressful situation. Dubai is known as one of the safest cities in the world, and our experience proved it. The level of security is real and undeniable.Thank you UAE — I will never forget this experience. I know I will be back!As for the hotel itself:- the pool area is perfect for having a relaxing time,- breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented,- cleanliness is outstanding- service of everyone working in this hotel was impeccable,- the location is excellent: about a 25-minute walk from the Burj Khalifa, right in Bay Square, a lovely area with many dining options, and close to the canal for peaceful walks.Thank you for everything.   The location is ideal for exploring Dubai — just a 15-minute walk to Dubai Mall. Situated in the heart of Business Bay, the hotel places everything within easy reach, with most major landmarks just a 30-minute drive away. The area is surrounded by numerous dining options, including restaurants, fast food, cafés and supermarket.What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service.A very special thank you goes to the wonderful young lady at reception who assisted us upon arrival. There was a small hiccup when our room wasn’t available, but she handled the situation professionally, which we deeply appreciated. This level of care speaks volumes about the hotel’s standards.All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring — and it truly makes all the difference.We stayed in two different rooms during our short visit, and while sizes varied slightly, each was comfortable and well-appointed.Our requested room Deluxe King Room with Balcony & Burj View, although slightly smaller in size, than the first, featured an impressively spacious balcony, & we were rewarded with spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Burj — absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our stay.The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. Housekeeping cleaned daily and refreshed towels regularly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows even better. Bathrooms were well equipped with body and hair products, and amenities such as an iron and hair dryer were provided. The smart layout made the room feel both luxurious and wonderfully relaxing.The breakfast is exceptional — everything is high quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.There is an incredible variety, including pastries, freshly baked breads, excellent vegetarian options, and a wide selection of hot dishes spanning Continental, English, American, Indian, and Arabic cuisines. Fresh omelettes are prepared to order each morning, and a professional barista serves excellent coffee.I would like to personally mention the chef who prepared our omelettes daily — always with care and a smile, and to sincerely thank Rasool — Guest Relations Executive, Kim and Shejana for their incredible kindness and attentiveness.IN SHORTA beautiful hotel in a prime location, offering stunning rooms, impeccable cleanliness, unmatched service, and an outstanding breakfast.   Prior to our arrival, the hotel reached out to confirm my estimated arrival time to ensure our room would be properly prepared. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a King Superior Room to a Double Bed Deluxe Room with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa.   We went for iftar to try it. And it did not disappoint. The food was good. Amazing variety and taste and texture. We were welcomed by Ramila, thank you so much. She is friendly smily and maintained positive attitude. Then we were served by Rihan and and pradeep both were very smiling and positive. Maintained eye contact which I really liked and we felt very comfortable eating there. My favorite dish was the Uzzy with lamb meat that was tasty. The liver near the shawarma station. The shawrma too (my first bite). I liked the variety of cheese, bread and salads. And not forgetting the girl making the bread it was amazing touch. We sat at the terrace with Oued playing, nice ambiance. Very calm restaurant. Good food. In general we will come back soon! Thank you Hilton. Always my favorite brand.
