    The staff is extremely gentle, helpful and polite. Check-in and out is smooth and fast. The rooms are cozy and spacious enough for 1 night stay with all amenities included. For kids higher age you can ask for extra bed (extra fee). For smaller kids there is a couch inside (no fee). Flying with Emirates with overnight in the hotel is one of the best experiences I ever had.     Very convenient! Barely 20 min after landing I was unlocking the door to my room. No need to go through immigration, the hotel is located in the arrivals area on the top floor.     We used the hotel as we had a long lay over in Dubai. The experience started well, although the reception is t the easiest to find. Check in was smooth, people were nice. On getting to the room, we were impressed, bed was comfy and the room was nice. All was going well until we woke up the next morning covered in bedbug bites. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We reported it at check out and emailed later that day. We were told that they had inspected and found no evidence. Given we only used 2 rooms for our holiday, the one we used for 9 nights in the Maldives where we had no bites throughout, and the hotel bed where we went to bed fine and woke up with bites, I’ll let people decide whether their inspection was accurate.
