    Terrible Experience – Poor Cleanliness and Housekeeping

    Our stay at Dusit Princess was extremely disappointing. Out of five nights, housekeeping completely skipped service on two separate nights — no clean towels, no bed made, and no room refresh at all. Even worse, there was no reception or assistance available after 8 p.m., leaving guests stranded with no support. For a hotel under the Dusit brand, this is completely unacceptable. The approach to housekeeping and guest service was unprofessional and careless. Definitely not the standard you would expect from a reputed name — would not recommend staying here.

    Rude receptionist and no evening one to help

    Bad Experience the receptionist he is very rude it was my first time to experience such thing,, no one working evening so you should help your self!!!!!! No key you will open the door from application which is most of the time not working!! And the receptionist when I asked him why you didn’t inform us that no one is working evening he said go find another place and you are not the one who paid any way its the person with you!!! He is super rude he is super rude

    We had a spacious one bedroom apartment with stunning view over Marina channel, fully furnished kitchen with quality equipment, rooms with standard furniture with quality bedding and 2 bathrooms - one with tub the other only toilet. All amenities are available, cutlery, dishes etc. at guests convenience. The apartment was at 12 floor -probably upper floor will have more spectacular view . Staff was very professional and friendly - special mention for Vicy Somodi and Siw. Plenty of option around - restaurants, shisha cafes, bars / clubs - also available a multitude of ships, yachts of all size and prices - you can take the dinner on the ship. Twist Tower is nearby.

    First of all, I would like to thank the front desk staff who were friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped into the facility. Mr. Janus showed me two different apartments, helped me make a choice and provided useful information about the facility. In the following days, Mr. Zaw and the front desk ladies answered all our questions helpfully. The facility is well located in the Dubai Marina area, 500 meters walking distance from Sobha metro station and Marina 2 tram stop. There are many good restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket right next to the facility. Our apartment on the 26th floor, consisting of two rooms, a living room, two bathrooms and two balconies, had a beautiful view of the marina. The apartment was clean, the kitchen equipment was complete and all of them worked. Although the furniture was a bit old, it did not pose an obstacle to use. The sound insulation was excellent. When the building construction on both sides of the facility is completed in the near future, the facility will offer a more comfortable balcony experience. When I come back to Dubai, I will most likely stay at Dusit Princess Residences again...

    The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I don't even know where to begin. On the plus side, location is great and the appartement is huge. We traveled toghether with another family, we were 4 adults and 3 kids, so the 180m2 appartement was perfect. But rhe location and size were the only positive things. Kitchen is old and in nedd of general cleaning, very few glasses and plates. The furniture is dated, broken and the carpets dirty and stained.The first 3 days there was no cleaning. The floors were dirty and sticky. Every single day we had to ask for towels and bath supplies. Each time the staff came with two handtowels for 7 people. The next days we got some cleaning, but we still had to ask for supplies. The last 3 days ther was again no cleaning, garbage cans were not emptied. Staff in the reception coldn't care less about the guests, never greeting and always looking at their phones, even when we were talking to them.I don't know how they got all the good reviews, the hotel is nothing of what is advertised for.
