The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff were professional, respectful, and always handled everything with great care while fully respecting our privacy.The overall service was excellent. The swimming pool was amazing, and the gym was outstanding with great facilities. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and made everything smooth and easy.A special thanks to the Egyptian staff, especially Mr. Nader, who made us feel like we were with a close friend because of his warm and welcoming attitude. Also, Mr. Osama and Mr. Abdullah were truly remarkable people with wonderful personalities. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
