    Nice clean rooms. Great breakfast and the best cleaning staff

    Great hotel. Very clean spacious room. The cleaning lady was a young girl from Mianmar (8th floor). Sadly I don't know her name. But she was an angel. The rooms were spotless. And water and tea and coffee refilled per request very generously.The breakfast was great. The staff at the retaurant were so nice and welcoming. Very clean with outdoor tables as well. The cheff was the nicest guy ever.At the front desk most of the staff were very nice and friendly but not all. There was a younger woman in blue contacts. She was so so caring and kind during our 10 dqy stay. She Helped me in a desperate situation so much. Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. There was another woman, older probably in her late 40s or more on the next shift though. she was so rude, impolite and she did everything to not give us a right answer. She made me go on a 1 hour phone call that she knew was just an operator service eith no answers during cancellation of all flights. She did not even look me in the eye when answering. She was the reason I decided to switch hotels. And go somewhere else.     Walkable Location ~ Excellent Hotel and Staff

    We stayed in room 806 for 3 night on our way to Europe.Room was spacious and had a couch which was great for watching TV. Very walkable area.We had breakfast included which was good with many choices. We also dined here for dinner one night and had coffee and cake in the lobby coffee shop twice. All food and drinks were very good. Service excellent.They booked a dinner cruise for us , which was excellent. Water was supplied each day. Only thing I thought was strange was in 3 days we never our room serviced. If we saw staff in the corridor they gave us towels and water, so don't know if we were supposed to put a sign out or not. We assumed that it would be serviced every day.     I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the noise level was very low, which made my stay even more comfortable.     Great staff they couldn't help us enough, brilliant serviceNazrul was fantastic he helped with everything we needed and all our luggage. 😁 pool was very clean and jacuzzi was lovely. Brilliant table service and lovely food and drinks. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was nice and clean.
