The holiday village welcomes guests in a 16-storey building with a lift and 468 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Diet meals and halal food are available. The chefs will also prepare children's meals for an additional charge. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    First of all we have booked online our room is Junior Suite Sea view, coz for my daughter's bday so we can have nice view from the room, upon arrival we got city view and this is not what he have paid for, a night before we check in l have called central reservation and spoke to one lady by the name of Monica to double check if my booking all ok?she clearly mentioned our booking is confirmed sea view Junior Suite and we all happy and excited but upon arrival it was disaster, we waited our room for almost 2 hours, we arrived around 2 pm, we got the room by 15:51H, Noor from the reception said he will try to give us the room the earliest that he can but he didnt, he told just go around the hotel first pls go to Bohemia club is free today so you can have nice photo and view from there awhile awaiting for our room, we went to Bohemia it was free at all like what he said, finally we came back from Bohemia l checked with other reception Khaled and he helped us check in, we went to the room, our room was open and there is one guy from maintenance it was inside our room we were shocked coz why the guy was there🙈 he said he need to fix the lamp inside the bathroom, the room was not good at all, the bed sheet was dirty, we only discover when we want to sleep😭😭 Also in our room there is NO amenities what 5 star hotel should have🙈We went bfast today also the spoon that African waiter give us was so dirty and l went to him, informed him l need new spoon, he came with the same spoon but he said we clean already🙈🙈The hotel was not have enough spoon??until he can give us new one?this is the worst hotel that l ever stay in Dubai, we been always staycation most of the hotels in Dubai never experienced like this before coz we know Dubai standard, I don't recommend to anyone with family to stay in this hotel, The only thing that we were happy with is our dinner at the Penthouse the waiters was very nice and very helpful her name is Paula really appreciate it her so much😍 she brought our Dessert together with complimentary sweet for my daughter's bday!     Great beach club with a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, and a clean, well-maintained beach. Service is friendly, and the food and drinks are high quality, though a bit pricey. It can get busy, so booking ahead helps. I definitely recommend it for a fun and enjoyable day by the sea.
