    Our stay at flora hotel has been wonderful and the biggest reason is amazing staff. The reception team Anish, Nadeem and Sudan are incredibly helpful, always smiling, helpful, welcoming and constantly ready to assist with anything that truly makes guest feel at home.A very very very special thank you to the breakfast team especially Krishanu, Sahil and all other members wow what amazing people, their service is outstanding, attentive, and delivered with soo much warmth and care that I genuinely have no words to thank them enough. They made our every morning special. Special appreciation as well to the manager who is extremely cooperative and supportive.The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and very well maintained, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job and the location is very good. Everything about the hotel reflects excellent atmosphere, comfort and cleanliness.Its rare to find a team so dedicated to hospitality, the service here goes above and beyond, and this staff deserves specialRecognition. Highly recommended.
