  We stayed here in Dubai in Dec. We had just come from a first world country Austria. Was a shock to our system when we got here. Kids cried to go home when they looked out the window and saw the rooftops of the buildings. Very busy time of year. People trying to sell you things on the streets as you leave the hotel. Would not bring my kids back here again. We are downhearted to find our guest has left our hotel with such strong feelings, please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused in regards to the points which you have raised in your comments and I would like to take this opportunity to respond.As, our area is considered as the heritage part of Dubai with Skyscrape buildings to view a beautiful scene from a top angle which feel exsighting feeling to the guest. Almost, every time this heritage part of Dubai will be very busy with the people shopping things from the Naif Souk, Gold Souk & Perfume Souk, so, there will be salesperson who eagerly after the people to buy their product from the shops. We were very much concerned to read your comments and have treated your feedback with all seriousness.Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to your feedback as well as to correct the issues you have brought to our attention. I can assure you that the shortfalls you have highlighted are not in line with our usual levels of service and product delivery, as reflected by the mostly positive comments we receive through all online reputation channels and I sincerely hope that you will give us another opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel.

  Not a great place to stay

  I stayed in January 2018. The hotel looks tacky as soon as you step in the lobby. I was quite disappointed. I even wanted to move to another hotel but I had already paid. The room is big and clean but not nice. It was the worst hotel I have been to in my life. It looked different in pictures and I went by that. Photos can be very deceiving. The breakfast area is very small. And you do not get any types of eggs you. My son likes boiled eggs and when I asked, the chef said that boiled eggs were not on the menu for that day. We only had breakfast once there and did not bother going again even though we paid for breakfast. We preferred going to McDonald's as the hotel breakfast was truly unappetising. However, we declare our hotel details clearly throughout all booking channels. Our coffee shop do not have live kitchen facility, so breakfast served will be according to the menu of the day.   What an excellent hotel to lodge! Our stay in Florida City Hotel in Dubai, UAE has proved to be an unforgettable one for many reasons:1.The environment and the rooms are very clean and well arranged 2.The service is excellent!3.The food served all day is healthy 4.More important, their service is client oriented!This is one Hotel that would go all the way to care for their guests needs, even bending their company’s policies to accommodate those needs regardless at what costs. In fact, their guests needs and comfort are their ‘policies’ to operate by! For instance, the restaurant’s door remained opened for breakfast until ALL their guests have been served regardless of the closing time, and you can arrange a special time to have your supper too. Incredible!Whatever your needs may be, just talk to the manager, Mr. Billal Bokhary, and consider them done! He, and his team are wonderful people. They’re ready to help out in whatever way their guests wanted in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible! Well Done for your good service.

  Hotel was nice, all local amenities, lot of restaurants, shops, very lively. Only thing, you are provided with cattle, but no tea bags, sugar and milk, no welcome a water bottle, bit disappointed.
