  Very bad experience – first visit reviewGoing into the details:1. Booking Issue: Firstly, regarding booking—there is no difference between online booking and walk-in rates. However, this is something you only realize after experiencing it for the first time, as it is not clearly communicated.2. Water Heater Problem: The room water heater was not working. There is no dedicated water heater switch for each room; instead, they had to access another guest room to control it. After calling housekeeping, the response was very delayed. Eventually, they could not fix the issue and asked me to shift rooms.I checked four rooms, and none were in a condition suitable for a comfortable stay. Then I was moved to another floor, where I had to change two more rooms before finally getting one that was functional.Even in the final room, the door lock was unreliable, and the access card worked inconsistently.3. Noise Issue: The initial rooms were very noisy due to sound coming from the bar, making it difficult to rest.Window Quality: The window glass fittings are very loose. Even with slight wind, the windows shake and create noise.4. Parking ConcernIt is mentioned that valet parking is available, but it is chargeable for guests. Also, there is no proper dedicated parking for guests. This defeats the purpose of offering valet parking as a facility.5. Customer Service AttitudeWhen I informed them that I would leave a review based on my experience, their response was simply “OK,” which clearly shows a lack of concern for customer feedback.

  Every room has such bad smell i cannot go inside the room.i have to change my hotel immediately.Really Unbearable.they offered me 2 different rooms but every room has the same story.very bad experience from the fortune group was not expecting like this.

  This is the third and last time I will stay at this Fortune Hotel Karama.As every time I have visited this hotel my credit card is HACKED the next day.I raised this point as I checked into Hotel asking that they run a tab that I would close using cash prior to my departure.But they insisted that is "not possible as we close our books daily and accounting prohibits" Reluctantly I used my card to eat at their restaurant FREDY located within premise.Which serve generous portions and reasonably price food.As I suspected I review my credit card account and much to my chagrin my card had been hack the very next day.Mind you I only used this card once in the past 60 days at Fortune Hotel / FREDY restaurant.No doubt in my mind there accounts are knowingly or unknowingly compromised.Fair warning to all FORTUNE IS NOT A PLACE TO STAY!!!!! We request you not to give false waring to other people not stay at Fortune Karama Hotel. we have thousands of satisfied guests from around the glob.   A budget-friendly 3-star hotel.Unplaned room booking. We stayed here 5 days with family.At the time of check - in receptionist staff offered us a big spacious room, hence room was spacious we extend our stay upto 5 nights, hotel have good South Indian restaurant sports bar and night clubs clubs apart from Air-conditioning all services budget friendly. Night manager friendly with all guests arrived in hotel.Reception staff especially Mr. Madan at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency for me at midnight when local medical shops are closedHe assisted us to order by necessary supplies through a medical app when local facilities were closed. We tried to offer him a tip as a gesture of gratitude, but he politely denied with the wording ATHITI DEVO BAVA🙏We are very thankful for the nice gestures and expectational service that have made our Dubai stay memorable. Thank you🙏

  Fortune karama Hotel, Freddys bar. A small and nice sport bar in the city life. Very easy access as metro walking distance. Look out for suruchi, she has a good hospitality attitude. None the less cant wait to mention tow lovely guys in reception. Madan and Mehtab, great guys with smile and can do attitude. Always lovely and friendly. love to see them at the reception.
