    Amazing stay with delicious food

    The stay was great. The room was clean, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming like literally ALL. What I liked the most was the food at Purani Restaurant, it was absolutely the best. Even the breakfast fried rice was delicious and one of the highlights of my stay.

    We had a great stay here in mid February. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We paid for breakfast each morning and it provided us with an amazing start to the day - fresh baked goods, many different types of hot food as well as fruit, yogurt, salads, juices of all sorts, coffees of all types, etc. We rarely had lunch as a result. The rooftop bar area is a very nice place for a cocktail and snacks. We did not use the pool or gym or spa so can't comment on those amenities. Location was good and taxis were always available.     Close to airport (20 minutes taxi), close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (10 minutes on metro), Metro access within walking distance so excellent to explore Dubai, very good onsite restaurants Charles's &Purani Dilli, very good breakfast with nice service and plenty of choice, large room with huge bed, modern bathroom, safe, coffee & tea, very clean, great view, rooftop pool, lovely staff (reception, restaurants, housekeeping), price reasonable, .     Great business hotel with outstanding staff - a few operational gaps

    I recently stayed at this property for business purposes and overall had a very positive experience, largely thanks to the team.Positives:The hotel is very well positioned, making it a strategic base close to DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah 1 — ideal for business meetings around the city. Bonvoy elite members are clearly recognised, which is always appreciated and makes a difference.The business suites are of a good size and functional, even though the interiors would benefit from a revamp to feel more contemporary.Breakfast is definitely a highlight. Despite the hotel being large (around 400 rooms and apartments) and very busy during peak times, the service is smooth, well organised and always delivered with a smile. Special mention to Chef Fassil and his team — his passion for food and warm personality truly stand out. A big thank you as well to Kate and the entire F&B team, who welcome guests with genuine grace and professionalism every morning.The rooftop on level 43 is another strong point, offering impressive 360-degree views over the city. Live DJ music adds atmosphere, although it can be a bit loud, and unfortunately there are no discounts for hotel guests.Negatives:Elevator waiting times can be quite long, especially during busy hours.Storage facilities are limited — I had to move to another property as they were unable to store my suitcases and clothes.The rooftop pool is rather underwhelming, and the towels provided are very small.Finally, having spa staff actively trying to sell services while you’re waiting for the elevator feels intrusive and frankly annoying.Overall:Despite a few operational shortcomings, this is a solid property for business stays. What truly makes the difference is the staff — from front office to housekeeping — who are consistently helpful, courteous and professional. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily move to the next level.
