    I know reviews make a difference and this hotel is one of those which we tried (a few years back) due to glowing reviews.I’m writing this after my last visit which must have been my 5th and every time we leave happy.Its location in Al Barsha is a busy location with lists of food establishments on its door steps plus a metro station within a short walk.Mall of the emirates is a walk away but if you go when it’s hot then maybe it might be better to get the bus/taxi/metro.The rooms are very well appointed and are generous in size. For the money, you will struggle to beat this place!The staff are always helpful and professional and we’ve never had any issues in this property over the years.The pool area can get busy so make sure you get there early if you want to secure a sun bed, however apart from that, there’s nothing else I can ‘fault’, it really is that good of a hotel!     We stayed at the Grand Cosmopolitan for 1 week and it was a great experience. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The pool on the rooftop was so much fun for the kids and the gym was a great place to go to after eating so much good food!! Our room was so spacious and housekeeping at the hotel was amazing. Every day the room was cleaned perfectly, a special shoutout to Jeevan from the housekeeping team-you can tell from how beautiful the room looked that he takes pride in his work. We appreciate the entire hotel staff who were very accommodating and helpful-they made our stay in Dubai a memorable one!!     Excellent stay in this hotel. So many pluses. From the moment we arrived we felt at home.Reception were calm and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was a great experience and all the staff were knowledgeable and polite. The quality of the food was very good with lots of options daily. The room was so good. Such advanced features compared to in Europe. We must call out Mohammed at luggage. He was superb and made our stay very good. He went the extra mile for us and really appreciate this.     Perfect experience in grand cosmopolitan hotel

    The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the metro and also taxis are easy to catch. The staff really made the difference; they were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. The room itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the bathtub! Breakfast was delicious. Overall, the price is very reasonable considering the high quality. Great value for money!
