    We wanted lots of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers as the Grand Hyatt hotel itself seemed to cramped in a room and we were not disappointed. The apartment had wonderful views of the khalifa and separate bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and washing room. It was so spacious and we had full use of the hotel pools and gyms and facilities except the water park which we thought was so overpriced for what it was. We stayed here as it was close to the airport for a late arrival and an early departure. The staff at front desk were lovely and the location was perfect with lots of hotel restaurants and nearby others including a bowling alley.     This was perfect for our family of 5, 2 bed apartment, kitchen lounge 3 toilets/2 bathrooms, washing machine/dryer dishwasher. Bring some washing/dishwasher tabs from tabs from home. Full use of all the hotel, which has super easier access. I prefered this to the hotel, for the size of the apartment. Views amazing we had 1603 apartment. Lifts super quick no waiting. Average priced supermarket on sight but very small.Swimming pool is great, waterpark didn’t look up to much and we didn’t go as it was nearly the same price as Atlantis, which we did go to.     Having stayed here many times before lockdown and loved the the place but how disappointed were we to find no mattresses on sun loungers unlike all the other 5 star hotels in Dubai. Soo much. Of the resort has been cut away to make room for a water park.I have never seen so many beds crammed together in any hotel in Dubai like they were here. We were eating lunch by the the bar where two boys were running around spitting in each others faces whilst the bar staff stood and watch !! Ask for a room without connecting doors as sound travels on our last night the arguments from the next room were horrendous . If your looking for a hotel in Dubai and won’t be using the water park I would avoid this one .     The hotel was clean, the staff were attentive and polite. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast guys were really helpful with a good attitude to assist with our requests.
