    I had a guest who stay at Grand Kingsgate Hotel, I made a booking for her for 2 weeks almost and she had wonderful experience at this hotel! At first she didn't feel comfortable due to the noise of under construction on the closed building. But from check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and had everything that she needed. Whether it was offering local recommendations or responding quickly to any requests, their service truly stood out.The atmosphere was welcoming, and it felt like they genuinely cared about making guests feel at home. I would definitely highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great service and warm hospitality especially, Front office staff (Maria and Jack) who always gives you smile.

    The awful hotel. This is the 1st time ever in Dubai when the hotel asked me to pay for 1 more extra bottle of water, because they provide just 1 plastic bottle per guest per night.Shame on you as you charges extra not for travel tours, transfers, tour guides as good hotels do, but you charge extra for a cheap 1 AED bottle of water
