    The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. Every corner of the room was well cleaned, especially the sleeping area and bathroom.     As a psychologist, I can say that the receptionist named Lea has very serious psychological problems. Because she is unhappy, she wants everyone else to be unhappy too. She demands repayment of the money already paid, and when guests object, she threatens them, saying, "I'm the manager here." She is a woman unworthy of the Mercure hotel group and the tourism industry. Such managers have turned the Mercure hotel in Dubai into hell. May God help her and those who work with her...We will never forget this woman who ruined our Dubai vacation!
