    The fantastic service of a Front Desk supervisor - Jermyn

    We received fantastic service while on call with a front desk supervisor named Jermyn Dadula. We were in the process of requesting a cancellation for our booking, given the unprecedented circumstances in the region, and after numerous calls and being bounced back and forth through respective agents from the hotel (including a manager who was very rude), Jermyn handled this very professionally. He was calm, elicited our concerns and proved an excellent example of a top employee in the hotel industry. Well done Jermyn, we wish you the best in your career!

    I stayed at the hotel from February 18 to February 22, and it was a great experience. The staff were very nice, friendly, and always helpful. The location is excellent, with the metro station just a 10-minute walk away, which made everything very convenient.I will definitely return in the future.Special thanks to Sakina from the reception for her outstanding service.

    Money Stolen From My Gucci Bag.

    Hotel Is Good Staff are good, But Something wrong happen with me, I cant blame hotel but that is hotel responsibility. There was a note of 500 Aed insize my gucci bag, I went out to pick my wife and away from my room for 30 min, The moment i went out staff was cleaning my room, When i came back money was not in side my bag, With in next 1 hour i updated staff, And they are unable to find any solution, I knew they can't find any solution for me because there are no cctv camera insize my room, But Who every is reading my review take care of your fund when ever you will stay this hotel.     Extremely Unprofessional Staff BehaviorI had a very unpleasant experience at Grayton Hotel because of a staff member named SUNIL. SUNIL was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. During our interaction, he pointed his finger at me, which is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful, especially in a hospitality environment.There was no politeness, no professionalism, and no attempt to handle the situation calmly. Instead, his attitude was aggressive and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable and embarrassing. This is not how guests should ever be treated.Grayton Hotel seriously needs to train their staff on basic manners, customer service, and respect. If this behavior is tolerated, it reflects very poorly on the management. I expect the hotel to take proper action regarding this incident, because this level of service is unacceptable.I would think twice before staying here again unless management addresses this issue properly.+971565600022I have paid 1200 aed for the stay and this is one of the worst experience ever… unacceptableYou can check your camera footage and the call record which was done by SUNIL
