Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 205 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     The service was outstanding and nothing I could fault. I felt looked after, listened to and everything was immaculate. The location was great, everyone was very friendly and as a solo female traveller I felt it was a perfect choice. It's by the Marina, lots of restaurants, access to other hotels is easy and convenient as well as travel. Breakfast was lovely, a very big spread with lots of variety and the service was excellent. I was out and about daily but did have dinner on site at Sloanes one night, which was set price for buffet, again with lots of choice. I used the pool in Tower 1 on two occasions, there were plenty of loungers, again service was great. The sun hits certain parts of the building during the day as you are surrounded by very high rise buildings, but still managed to get lots of sun and it was very warm.Thank you to Housekeeping who were brilliant, and it was lovely to receive a small treat every night and cake and wine on arrival.

    We stayed in Tower 2, in the Dubai, Marina. The hotel is excellent. Our trip was made even better by the young man who cleans our room, Sai Kumar. Always happy and efficient.
