  It is one of the worst places you could have seen in your life. Dirty and full of cockruche. It seems they never clean the room and change mattres and pilow cover. Thus place should be closed. I could not believe to see such an awful place in emirate.

  We were greeted by bedbugs staff is polite but hotel apartment is worse our kid need Dr treatment because whole night bedbugs bite him we have very very bad experience hygiene also very poor not cleaning will not recommend this hotel.....

  I went to that hotel with my 11 years son and wife we were all very satisfied with the accommodation, the staff was also very helpful, and it has the best location. The abra, metro station, and many good restaurants are nearby. Next time we will be in Dubai we will certainly choose Hafez Hotel again.

  With no contact they cancelled a full week booking for family for our wedding the night of arrival . Out of courtesy I called to say they would land late for arrival . By then he said we gave out your room and canceled the booking . Straight after my call they then sent a message saying credit card not approved to cover themselves. I used the same card later that evening to book another property very last minute . Their reception was very very rude and is obviously not used to dealing with people in a civil manor but must just deal with people like a street trader or worse . Avoid it there are better deals anywhere else in dubai than here
