    The place was nice and clean. We slept comfortable. In the restaurant during bf the staff are very attentive to the guest to the point that they will just remove the plate for clearance without saying excuse.

    I stayed in Kings suite. Amazing room with amazing views. Decent service at checkin and checkout although in case bigger group comes in to checkin then they have staff shortage issues. Water is not clean, yellow dirty water in tub, checks pics, even after multiple complaints, problem was not fixed. Customer service is pathetic.     Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Spacious rooms. We had axes to the executive lounge for pre dinner drinks and appetisers, this was excellent with brilliant views over the city. Our room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, I enjoyed everything about this hotel.
