    We must congratulate the Staff of Hilton Garden Hotel … Dubai . Joy the young lady that served us , was extremely pleasant and went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Steven another gentleman was phenomenal… so was Siddiwue. Your reception extraordinary. Overall an excellent choice of handpicked fine rate gems … real assets … cheers and hats off to an amazing , caring group of people.     Great location for the metro, but no sun on the pool mid February

    We chose this hotel as a base for the second part of a UAE trip as near to the metro and a mall and a little bit of sun. We didn’t eat here and did room only. Our rooms were clean and well presented. Hotel staff were friendly and polite. My only annoyance was that I had specifically emailed the hotel enquiring if the pool got the sun and was told yes. T possibly does other times of year but was really disappointed that it didn’t during our stay. There are a couple of supermarkets across the road as well as the large Carrefour just inside Mall of the Emirates.     The hotel is truly an ultra 5-star experience and we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The staff is excellent – incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They were especially wonderful with our little son: they constantly played with him and became friends with him. He even received a small plush camel from one of the staff members, with the hotel’s name embroidered on its side, which was a very sweet gesture.Whenever we had any questions or requests, they were immediately available and ready to help.The food was high quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well – everything was very tasty and delicious. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bed linen was changed daily. For our son, the housekeeping staff even folded cute animals from towels every day, which he loved.The hotel also offers a laundry service, and there is a self-service laundry available for guests on the first floor.The pool area was excellent – clean, with plenty of sunbeds, and our son enjoyed it very much.The location of the hotel is perfect. With a 10–15 minute taxi ride you can reach almost everything, such as the Dubai Miracle Garden, Jumeirah Beach, or the Burj Khalifa.
