Location

Situated in the hub of Dubai, this innovative city hotel is close to the largest shopping centre as well as the Old Town Souk, which features myriad shops and boutiques. Dubai World Trade Center is approximately 5 km from the design hotel, the Mall of the Emirates is around 7 km away, and the public beach is roughly 10 km away. Dubai Airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

186 rooms, including 13 suites and 171 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     I stayed here for a stopover for one night that turned into three nights due to flight issues. Mohammed at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and had my room upgraded complimentary upon check in. Extending my stay was very easy and the hotel was very accommodating to my situation and even provided me with breakfast. Maribeth and Safaraz at the restaurant/pool provided great service and were very attentive to my needs. Considering the circumstances, I’ve enjoyed my stay here at Boulevard Hotel in Downtown.     Very nice hotel, not too big, still a familiar atmosphere. The location is perfect, you're in walking distance to the Opera or Burj Khalifa and more.The employees are always friendly and very supportive.
