    Everything was excellent in the hotel only that the kids club was closed for maintenance but we will be back soon

    i had one slight issue as i ask for late check out cuz our second family get it and but frankly they give us late checkout but not as much as we asking for ,, in general i recommend all people to give try to this hotel it as very nice experience

    We’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which is why our expectations were high. Unfortunately, our recent visit felt quite different.The resort was noticeably more crowded, and at times the common areas didn’t seem as well attended as before, particularly around the pool. A bit more attention to upkeep during busy periods would really enhance the overall experience.We also noticed that the restroom facilities in the pool area could benefit from more frequent maintenance, especially during peak hours.The food selection felt more limited compared to our previous stays, and two of the on-site restaurants were closed during our visit. The minibar was also not as fully stocked as we had experienced before.Although we paid slightly less this time, we still value a consistent level of service and attention to detail. We know the hotel is capable of delivering a much better experience, and we hope to see improvements on our next visit.
