    Rooms very comfortable and food good. Staff were all so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Also has a small roof top pool. Thoroughly recommend as base outside of central Dubai.

    We really like the place , actually we booked the normal hotel on that day , but they upgraded it to a big room which is the apartment one , which is really good as i have my kids with me .. enough to stay for 1 night .. price was worth it ,

    Spacious Rooms but Disappointing Service Hyatt Place Al Wasl

    I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Wasl and had a mixed experience.I originally booked two rooms, but was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.The location is decent, close to a metro station and right next to a mall, making it convenient. It’s also not too far from the airport.However, the service was disappointing from check-in to check-out. While it may be due to limited staff, I expected much better service from a Hyatt property. One of the most surprising things was that they charge for basic items like water, sugar, coffee, and even a toothbrush, which cost 50 AED. This was unexpected and quite disappointing compared to other Hyatt stays.Breakfast was okay, but the atmosphere felt quiet with limited options. The food itself was decent.Upon arrival, there was water leaking in the reception area with buckets placed around, which didn’t give a great first impression. The pool was small but acceptable.Overall, the rooms were the best part of the stay, but the service needs significant improvement. I would rate my experience 2 stars. I hope to return in the future and see better hospitality. ❤️

    Rooms are very clean and spotless,thank you house keeping team.Also staff are friendly and welcoming especially Kristen who did were checking in very fast and smoothly she was attentive and delivered.Keep up the fire burning.
