This modern luxury hotel is located on the Deira Corniche, overlooking the Persian Gulf at the mouth of Dubai Creek, and is within walking distance of the Gold Souk. It is only two minutes from the commercial and shopping areas of Dubai. Dubai International Airport and the Dubai International Convention Centre are just 15 minutes away.

Facility

The hotel has 14 junior suites, 12 suites, 286 single rooms and 286 double rooms, which are located on 25 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units have a sea view. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace.     From My Go-To Hotel to a Major Disappointment

    I have stayed at Hyatt Regency Dubai many times over the years, and it has always been my go-to place in Dubai. I’ve written multiple positive reviews about this hotel in the past, consistently praising its service, staff, and overall experience.That’s why this most recent visit was particularly disappointing.It feels like a completely different hotel. None of the staff I used to know were there, and the sense of familiarity and quality I once appreciated is gone. The Regency Club has been moved to another restaurant, and the experience there was a major downgrade.To be very clear—the current level is not just below a 5-star standard, it is barely at a 3-star level, if that. The buffet quality was far below expectations, and the service was even more disappointing—unorganized, inattentive, and lacking the professionalism this hotel once stood for.What makes this especially frustrating is that this hotel used to be one of the few places that consistently maintained its standards over time. Seeing such a drastic decline is genuinely sad.I truly hope this is temporary and that management takes this seriously, because right now, this is not the hotel I used to recommend so highly.

    We booked a room at this hotel and went to check in. As soon as we entered the room, there was a noticeable cigarette smell. More importantly, the room itself felt small and dark, and the furniture showed visible dents and scratches. Overall, it felt quite worn and in need of renovation.We went back to reception and asked to see another room. The second room did not have the cigarette smell, but otherwise gave us a very similar impression.In the end, we decided not to stay and moved to a different hotel. To their credit, the team agreed to refund the payment made at check-in immediately, which we appreciated.Based on our experience, this did not feel like a 5-star stay. We were told that this is the first Hyatt hotel in Dubai, which may explain the age of the property, but for us it did not make up for the condition of the rooms.

    It was realy bad experience, bad food and drinks, very old TV screen.the pool not clean. Not comfortable . I believe I'll never try it again
