    I would like to share my experience with hotel Hyatt Regency Galleria 1- location is near to Dubai old market which was so close to many facilities 2- atmosphere was comfortable 3- We booked a three bedroom apartment which was so wide that fits perfectly my family, very clean, away from any noise, and had amazing view to Dubai Old City.4- Value was so reasonable ( around 4,000 $ for a week with breakfast 5- The only issue that we had was with house keeping. Thanks to manager who was so cooperative and tried his best to solve the situation 6- I would like to give a special Thanks to very talented employees: Smarika bista and Mohammad ghouseThey were very helpful specially with arranging a delivery to the airport

    Wonderful New Year’s Eve Celebration!

    From check-in to check-out I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very nice and professional. The apartment was spacious and clean- as advertised. We were here for the New Year’s Eve celebration and the Hyatt did an excellent job. Food was superb, entertainment was a nice variety, and the atmosphere was very festive. Convenient location to the gold souk. And we loved that the hotel is close to the metro station. We rode the metro quite a bit to avoid the holiday traffic. Very nice. This was my first time staying in Dubai Creek and this hotel was a great choice. I will have to come back and eat at the revolving restaurant since I did not get a chance to do that this time.
