Location

Located in the historic part of Dubai, next to the Creek and Al Ghurair Mall, the hotel is only 300 m from Al Rigga metro station, 10 minutes' drive from Dubai International Airport and 15 minutes from the Dubai World Trade Center.

Facility

The hotel has 280 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     I stayed at your hotel the day before yesterday. Overall, my stay was very good; the reception staff was extremely helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. However, I faced significant issues with the Room Service (IRD).​Late at night, when we needed ice urgently, we were told the restaurant was closed and were advised to order from outside. At that time, no one mentioned that ice was chargeable. Later, I was surprised to find out it was, especially since this is the first Accor property where I've encountered a charge for ice.​The coordination regarding food was also quite frustrating. I called at 10:30 AM to order breakfast, but was told to wait until 11:30 AM because the buffet was still on. When I called again at 11:40 AM just to order fried rice, the staff told me I could only order at 12:00 PM. It felt like the service was running according to the staff’s convenience rather than the guest's needs. Only after I called the reception and they intervened did the IRD finally accept my order. It felt as if we were being treated like we were eating for free, despite being paying guests.​Additionally, the TV in the room was not working properly and felt quite outdated. I would also prefer if dental kits were already placed in the room, as I had to wait a long time for one to be delivered.​While the housekeeping was good and eventually served everything we needed, the room service experience was disappointing. I hope you look into these coordination issues, though the rest of my stay was wonderful."
