    I had a wonderful stay at ibis ONE CENTRAL Hotel in Dubai and would like to express my appreciation to the amazing team who made my experience so comfortable.A special thanks to the housekeeping team — Resham (Supervisor), Bhim, Sanjay, and Rocky — for their excellent work. The room was always clean, well-maintained, and prepared with great attention to detail. Their effort truly made a difference in my stay.Also, I would like to thank the Front Office team — Kai, Jessie, and Lilian — for their warm welcome, friendly attitude, and professional service throughout my visit. They were always helpful and made me feel valued as a guest.A big appreciation as well to Karna from the Security team for being attentive, helpful, and ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout my stay.Overall, the staff at ibis Dubai are doing a fantastic job. I truly appreciate their dedication and hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was nice, and the staff were very professional with excellent service and hospitality. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.
