Location

    I am sincerely grateful to the entire staff of InterContinental Dubai Festival City for the extraordinary care and kindness extended to me and my two sons during our stay.Special thanks to Sir Ladina for ensuring that my sons and I were relocated to this wonderful hotel. We are still staying here because of ongoing medical concerns, and the staff and management have truly gone above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. “Fabulous,” “marvelous,” “wonderful,” and “beautiful” do not fully describe the level of care we have been receiving for more than 10 days and counting.I can wholeheartedly attest that this hotel is truly friendly and compassionate toward People of Determination. I highly recommend this hotel to families with PODs. My two sons, who have autism, have gradually started communicating with the staff because they genuinely feel the empathy, warmth, and acceptance shown to them.Please allow me to thank the many wonderful individuals who made (and are still making) our stay meaningful and comfortable:Front Office: Ms. Fathima, Ms. Georgina, Ms. Charlotte, Sir Hassan, Ms. Pheninah, and Sir Zain.
