Fantastic stay. The location was perfect, close to the Festival City Mall and Marsa Boulevard plus shatter service is available from and to the residence. Also it is within few minutes distance to Dubai Mall. All front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful and the check-in process was seamless. Our apartment was spacious, quiet, and spotless and I got amazing city as well as sea view. .The bed was incredibly comfortable. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back.

تقييم إقامة: أجنحة إنتركونتيننتال دبي فيستيفال سيتيتجربة عائلية بامتياز وتكرار الزيارة خير دليلللمرة الثانية على التوالي، اخترت "أجنحة إنتركونتيننتال فيستيفال سيتي" وجهةً لإقامتي في دبي. وما يدفعني لتكرار هذه التجربة دائماً هو المزيج المثالي بين النظافة الفائقة، والمساحات الرحبة التي توفرها الشقق، وكونه بيئة مثالية جداً للعائلات.تفاصيل الجناح:كان اختياري هذه المرة جناحاً من ثلاث غرف نوم، وهو خيار متكامل للعائلة؛ حيث يشتمل على غرفة غسيل، ومطبخ مجهز بالكامل بكافة الأدوات، بالإضافة إلى صالة جلوس واسعة تضم طاولة طعام، مما يمنحك شعور "المنزل" وسط رفاهية الفندق، وكان حجزي شاملا للافطار والذي أنصح به.خدمة استثنائية ولمسات شخصية:أود أن أخص بالشكر الموظفة "شارلوت" (Charlotte) في مكتب الاستقبال، التي استقبلتنا بكل ترحاب وتفانٍ. لقد كانت حريصة جداً على تلبية احتياجات أطفالي، من توفير سرير لرضيعتي وأسرة إضافية مجانية، وصولاً إلى تنسيق مفاجأة جميلة لابن أختي بتجهيز كعكة خاصة في اليوم التالي. ما ميز خدمتها حقاً هو تواصلها الدائم معي عبر "الواتساب" طوال الإقامة للاطمئنان على راحتنا.كما أشيد بجهود كافة الطاقم، من خدمة صف السيارات وحاملي الحقائب، وأخص بالذكر الأخ "عبدول" (Abdul)، وفريق المطعم؛ فالجميع بلا استثناء يعمل بروح إيجابية وأخلاق مهنية عالية.المرافق والإطلالة:يضم الفندق مسابح داخلية وخارجية، مع وجود حوض مخصص للأطفال الصغار (عمر سنة ونصف فأكثر) وهو أمر نادر ومميز. أما الإطلالة، فهي حكاية أخرى؛ حيث تطل الغرف على الخور ببانوراما ساحرة لمدينة دبي يظهر فيها "برج خليفة" من الأفق.الموقع والخدمات الإضافية:من أكثر الخدمات تميزاً هي خدمة النقل الترددي المجاني إلى "دبي فيستيفال سيتي مول" المتوفرة من الصباح وحتى منتصف الليل، مما يوفر عناء استخدام السيارة تماماً طوال فترة الإقامة.ملاحظة للمستقبل:النقطة الوحيدة التي لم تكن متوافقة مع تطلعاتي كنزيل في شقق فندقية عائلية هي وجود زجاجات الكحول بشكل ظاهر في مطعم اللوبي. أرى أن وجودها أمام الأطفال لا يتناسب مع طبيعة الفندق العائلية، كما أنها تتعارض مع الثقافة المحلية والقيم الإسلامية التي نعتز بها.الخلاصة:شكراً لإدارة الفندق على هذه التجربة الرائعة، وسأستمر في اختياركم كوجهة مفضلة لي ولعائلتي في المستقبل بإذن الله.Hotel Review: InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival CityThis is my second stay at the InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City. What brought me back is how perfectly suited this hotel is for families, its impeccable cleanliness, and the spaciousness of the apartments.The Accommodation:I booked a three-bedroom suite, which featured a dedicated laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware, and a spacious living area with a dining table.Exceptional Service:At reception, Charlotte handled our check-in. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring all our family’s needs were met—from providing a crib for my infant to arranging complimentary extra beds. She even coordinated a special cake for my nephew’s birthday on the second day of our stay. Charlotte stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our visit to ensure everything was perfect; I truly thank her for making our stay so comfortable.I would also like to extend my gratitude to the entire staff, from the valet and bellhops—specifically Abdul—to the restaurant team. Everyone, without exception, served us with high professional standards and genuine hospitality.Facilities & View:The hotel offers both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, including a pool perfectly suited for toddlers (1.5 years+). The views are stunning, overlooking the creek with a panoramic backdrop of Dubai's skyline and a distant view of the Burj Khalifa.Location & Perks:One of the best services is the complimentary shuttle to Dubai Festival City Mall, running from morning until midnight. This service is so convenient that you don’t need to use your car at all during your stay.Feedback for Improvement:The only negative aspect I noted was the visible display of alcohol bottles in the lobby restaurant. Since this is a residence-style hotel catering primarily to families, having such displays in front of children can be uncomfortable and feels inconsistent with local culture and Islamic values.Final Thoughts:Thank you to the management of InterContinental Residence Suites for another wonderful experience. This was my second visit, and it certainly won't be my last!

The Residence Suites DFC, is central to many of the places that I need/want access to.The Hotel is spacious, rooms are adequately stocked, clean, with scenic views.The atmosphere is one of welcome, relaxation, serenity, Peace. The best part of my stay at Intercontinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City, is the staff. This Residence could not run without its amazing group of professional service providers; cleanliness, amenities, addressing noise levels when required, maintenance services. Specifically, the various departments/sections are full of individuals, who are worthy of being noticed;Reception: Ms. Mira, Mr. Hammad, Ms. Lwin, and Mr. Miguel. They are all valued in keeping any stay on track through numerous extensions, and re-bookings. MezzaLuna: Mr. Jeremy, Mr. Freedom, Mr. Franky, Mr. Kamel, and Chef Oscar. Greatly appreciated for taking in and accepting my individually unique dining request, and for integrating my food choices into their routine. The Concierge staff holds it together, keeping up with, storing, and delivering packages, assisting with multiple delivers, ride requests, location services, and so many other extraneous tasks: Mr. Johnson, Mr. Yesaya, Mr. Jaya, and Mr. Sukman. Security: Always on point. Much appreciation for Mr. John, who multi-tasks quite effortlessly. Valet Service: Mr. Padam, much appreciation for your kindness, and welcoming demeanor.Of course, the entire staff is worthy of recognition. I look forward to seeing each of them upon return visits.I would like it emphasize that my return stays would be not be as pleasant were these individuals not here to provide me with the level of completeness that I've enjoyed over my two month stay.
