    Our group is from Mozambique and we are staying at Jacob's Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-located, with friendly staff and excellent service that made our stay truly enjoyable.After our original trip was unfortunately cancelled, Mr. Deepanshu Massand from the Mayra Tours travel desk in the hotel lobby came to our rescue and helped us organize a new tour.He was extremely kind and explained everything in detail about the best things to do in Dubai. I booked the Dolphin Show, Dubai City Tour, Desert Safari, and Lotus Mega Yacht. I am very happy with the excellent service provided by Deepanshu.I highly recommend that every tourist visiting Dubai book their tours through Mayra Tours. I will definitely return and book with Deepanshu again.

    The stay at Jacob’s Garden Hotel was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel is situated closer to most of the attractions that tourists love to visit.Staff was engaging and the travel consultant Ayub Shaikh was very helpful and imparted his professional advice keenly to us. All the best!

    I stayed at Hotel jacob garden for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. specifically thanks the staff who look after me very professionally such as ,Haneefa, Binod , Michael, Sushma , Sushant"

    Our trip to Dubai will be one of the best  memories that I will truly treasure. We have stayed in Jacob's Grand Hotel and felt like our second home as the staff were very accommodating, special mention to Sushma who was very nice,  welcoming and approachable. She made sure everything were okay during our stay. The night shift security, Phillimon was nice and always welcomes us every late night by saying "Chicken" as our password to enter the parking lot HAHAHA they were all nice. Huge shout out to the Housekeeping team as well for the everyday service!Thank You Jacob's Garden Hotel for the experience! Hoping to come back again, Inshallah
