Location

Situated in the heart of Jumeirah, the resort is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Water Park and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This property is close to the leisure and commercial attractions, while Dubai International Airport is 25 minutes by car (approximately 20 km).

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 283 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, beach volleyball and paddle tennis are available. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, squash, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Half board is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    From the first minute the you arrive you feel that is going to be magic. This is one of the best properties of 5* in Dubai and I have been in several of them but the way you fell here is magic . The location is stunning and the team is out if the world , every si how detail is taken care with amazing care to make you feelImportant.     Our stay was absolutely lovely. Everything was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our butler, Ashis, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. All the facilities were wonderful for our daughter, and the hotel itself is truly one of the best in Dubai. With multiple beaches, stunning pools, and views overlooking the Souq and the Burj Al Arab, it felt like a dream. We even enjoyed taking the boat directly from our room to visit them.

    We visited Dubai again late February, we have stayed here every time and would not ever go anywhere else. The resort is beautiful but the villas are something extra special. This is our second trip with our toddler and it’s perfect for our little family. The proximity to the pools, beach, restaurants & all other amenities is perfect. It’s the staff that time and time again look after us do well. Unfortunately the day we were due to fly home for flight was cancelled due to the conflict with Iran. We returned to the Hotel for an additional 5 nights and the care our Butler Teresa and her team showed us was absolutely incredible. No ask was too much, even in a crisis that impacted us all Teresa’s professionalism, kindness, integrity and good humour shone through. We also received such good care from Jose and Godwin in the pool bar and Sarah our kind babysitter who looked after little girl so well. Thank you Teresa, Jose, Godwin and Sarah for all you did for us, a difficult week for all.

    We had a wonderful holiday at Madinat Jumeirah – Dar Al Masyaf.The resort is centrally located, with beautiful long gardens and right on the beach (with the best beach boy, Ryan 😊). The rooms are clean (thanks to Abujar!!) and well located. The service is excellent!!During the two weeks, we were very well taken care of by Ashis Comes.
