Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At breakfast and dinner, guests serves themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    We made a suhoor reservation on March 2nd for 20 people at Jumeirah Emirates Towers.Unfortunately, just 9 hours before the scheduled time, we were informed that suhoor would no longer be provided and our booking was cancelled by the venue. This caused significant inconvenience, as it is extremely difficult to find an alternative for such a large group at the last minute.We were promised a full refund within 2 weeks. However, as of today, we have neither received the refund nor any clear update regarding our payment.We have contacted the manager, reception, and customer service multiple times. Each time, we are told to wait and assured that the issue will be resolved, but no action has been taken so far.Till now we didn't get anything,no receipt, no any information, no money refunded at all.We find this level of service highly unprofessional and unacceptable.We kindly request: 1. Immediate full refund 2. Official confirmation of the refund statusIf this issue is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate the matter further and share our experience across multiple platforms.We expect a prompt resolution.
